Despite being blessed with the best genes, some people are not able to live up to the expectations of others. Here are some celeb kids whose parents have been super stars of their times but unfortunately, they have not been able to achieve that level of stardom yet. It is highly unlikely that they ever will be able to match their parents’ image but here’s wishing them luck.
1. Esha Deol
Bearing a striking resemblance to her mother Hema Malini, Esha Deol is still far from what her mother was. She indeed has the best of Bollywood genes with Dharmendra being her dad and Hema being her mom but Esha just couldn’t act. She finally preferred settling down instead of pushing her luck too far.
2. Abhishek Bachchan
Son of the Bollywood mega star Amitabh Bachchan and talented Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek has not yet been able to deliver a blockbuster on his own. Though he did show us some fine acting skills in movies like ‘Guru’, ‘Umrao Jaan’, ‘Dhoom’ and the likes, he is nowhere as compared to his parents.
3. Akshaye Khanna
Born to the handsome and talented Vinod Khanna, Akshaye Khanna was expected to be doing wonders in Bollywood but he too failed big time and disappeared soon in thin air.
4. Uday Chopra
With a dad like Yash Chopra and brother like Aditya Chopra, we had high hopes from Uday. Unfortunately, Uday just managed to tickle us slightly in his role in ‘Dhoom’ and was in news mostly for his affair with Nargis Fakhri. We hope he makes a good career behind the camera eventually.
5. Fardeen Khan
Son of Feroze Khan, Fardeen Khan was given many opportunities to make his career shine in Bollywood but lack of acting skills didn’t help him and he faded away eventually.
