Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood Aamir Khan is director, producer, social worker, screenwriter and philanthropist. Aamir has established himself as one of the most popular and influential actors of Indian cinema. Aamir Khan first appeared on screen as a child actor in his uncle Nasir Hussains movie Yaadon Ki Baarat in 1973 and also he has acted in Madhosh 1974.
Aamir Khan was born on 14 March 1965 in Mumbai to Tahir Hussain, a film producer, and Zeenat Hussain. His relatives were also member of film industry, including his late paternal uncle, the producer-director Nasir Hussain.
Aamir Khan married Reena Dutta on April 1986. They married against the wishes of their families. Later Reena became very close to Aamir`s family and they led a happy married life. Unfortunately after 15 years of marriage Aamir divorced his first wife.
Aamir Khan have two children from his first wife Reena, a son named Junaid and a daughter Ira. After their divorce Reena took custody of both the children.
In December 2005, Aamir Khan remarried Kiran Rao, whom he fell in love with during the shoot of Lagaan in Bhuj. Aamir Khan began a full time acting career with a successful tragic romance Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. Then he appeared in films like Raakh, Dil, Raja Hindustani, Sarfarosh, Taare Zameen Par, 3 Idiots, Ghajini, Dhoom 3 and PK. All of his movies held records for being the highest grossing Bollywood films.
Aamir Khan is the eldest among his four siblings. He has a brother, the actor Faisal Khan and two sisters Farhat and Nikhat Khan. Bollywood actor, Imran Khan is his nephew.
Aamir Khan is known as the Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood because he work hard to make his role perfect. From going almost bald for his role in Ghajini, to gaining 20 kgs for his role in Dangal, Mr. Perfectionist has always done an extreme makeover for his fans.
