Bollywood stars may be well known and famous now, however when they were children they too had an ordinary life, without media and paparazzi. School days bring back huge amounts of memories for every one of us and it is not different for the stars as well! While you might know the qualification of your favourite celebrity, do you know which school they went to? Our Bollywood A-listers celebrities have gone tosome of the best schools and not only that, a couple of them studied out the country too.

Read on to know where you favorite Bollywood stars did their schooling.

1. Deepika Padukone


Deepika was educated at Bangalore’s Sophia High School, and completed her pre-university education at Mount Carmel College.  As a teenager she played badminton in national level championships, but left her career in sport to become a fashion model.

2. Priyanka Chopra


Due to her parents’ occupations the family relocated to a number of places in India, including Delhi, Chandigarh, Ambala, Ladakh,Lucknow, Bareilly, and Pune. Among the schools she attended were La Martiniere Girls’ School in Lucknow and St. Maria Goretti College in Bareilly. At the age of thirteen, Chopra moved to the United States and attending schools in Newton, Massachusetts, and Cedar Rapids. After three years she returned to India and did her high-school education at the Army Public School in Bareilly.

3.Ranbir Kapoor


Ranbir was an average student and found little interest in academics. He would rank low among his peers.  The actor was educated at the Bombay Scottish School in Mahim. He completed his pre-university education from the H.R. College of Commerce and Economics.

4. Shah Rukh Khan


Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan attended St. Columba’s School in central Delhi where he excelled in his studies and in sports such as hockey and football, and received the school’s highest award, the Sword of Honour.

5. Salman Khan


Salman finished his schooling at St. Stanislaus High School in Bandra, Mumbai. Earlier, he studied at The Scindia School, Gwalior for a few years along with younger brother Arbaaz. He attended Elphinstone College and dropped out after the second year.
